Step 1 :- It is nice to have shortcut of this folder on OneDrive so it is easy to save the report directly on SharePoint (rather than uploading and downloading document)
To create shortcut for this folder on your one drive, click on "Add Shortcut to OneDrive" button. This is only one time process.
The shortcut on the One drive look like this :-
Step 2 :- Make sure to open the APRP pdf in app (do not open in browser)
Step 2:- Once the file is open either on acrobat or Kofax power pdf, click on the save button before typing.
Make sure to save the file using OneDrive Shortcut for APRP folder highlighted Yellow in below picture
To confirm go to the APRP folder on SharePoint and refresh page, you will see your file. You can than start typing. Please know that any PDF file that is on SharePoint do not have auto save.
Auto Save is only for office apps like word, excel, ppt etc.
