SmartPhone Authentication for NAS Apps data
Note: You will need to complete these 4 steps in order to use Email, Teams & SharePoint
Requirements: Computer & Phone (both)
1. First step is to go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
Enter your email and password exactly as written above in full.

2. You will be asked to provide more information and to install Microsoft authenticator app on your phone.*
Use a company phone if you have been provided one*
3. Once you've installed the app click add account - > work or school -> scan QR code (the code will show on the computer when you click NEXT)
you will continue on the computer again click NEXT to the final step of authentication. (app needs notifications enabled and unlock required)
4. You will see the page Approve sign in request, 0also your phone will receive a notification, see image below.

Your phone will ask you to enter the number on the screen to approve sign in and finalize authentication.
Once this is completed then you will be able to log in to teams and email.
